Where a client asked to stay anonymous the name is withheld, but the work and the photographs are ours. Clients named on this site include Pop Mart, HEYTEA, Sexy Fish, Vibean and Herono.
Often, yes. Finished work is easier to arrange than a live site, because a working site has access, insurance and programme constraints, and on a commercial job the landlord or centre management decides who comes in. Tell us what you are planning and we will find something comparable to walk you round rather than showing you a photograph of it.
Yes, where the client is happy to. Ask when you enquire and we will put you in touch with someone whose project resembled yours in scope and budget, rather than picking whoever speaks best of us. It is a better test than anything written on a website, which is also why the reviews page does not pretend to be one.
London is the base and most of the work is there. Commercial fit-out travels: the projects here include stores in Manchester, Liverpool and Oxford, built as part of brand rollouts to the same approved package. Extensions, lofts and renovations stay within Greater London and the immediate edge of it, because that work needs the crew on site every day.
It depends on the job, and each project page carries the programme where we hold it. A retail fit-out inside a trading centre is programmed in night shifts around the centre's opening hours. An extension or loft conversion is a continuous daytime programme, and the drawings and approvals in front of it often take longer than the building work. A dated programme comes with the quotation.
