Reviews: the part of the job that happens after the invoice
We are collecting reviews from recent projects and will publish them here as they come in, unedited. If you would rather talk to a past client directly, ask us and we will arrange it — get in touch.
Want to speak to someone we have worked for?
Ask, and where the client is happy to, we will put you in touch. It is a better test than anything we could write here.

Ask for a reference07424 445105Ask to see work like yours, then look at it in person and speak to the person who paid for it. Ask who will actually be on site, whether the price is fixed, who holds the building control approval, and what happens when something unexpected is found behind a wall. A builder who answers those plainly is usually the safer one.
Yes, where the client agrees to it. Ask when you enquire and we will introduce you to someone whose project was close to yours in scope and budget. A conversation with a person who lived through the work will tell you more about how a site is actually run than any paragraph we could write here.
From clients after handover, published unedited, with the source shown so you can see whether a review was left on a public platform or given to us directly. We do not write them, tidy them or quietly drop the awkward ones. Until there are enough of them to average honestly, this page shows no overall rating at all.
You tell us and we come back. Snags found at handover are listed and cleared before the final payment falls due. Anything that appears later is dealt with under the workmanship warranty. The same named site manager stays your contact after the job as well as during it, so you are not starting again with a switchboard.
Our own workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from completion, covering the labour and the way things were installed. Manufacturers' warranties on boilers, appliances, windows and similar goods run separately and are passed to you at handover with the building control sign-off. Fair wear, accidental damage and later alterations by other people are not covered.
