Groundworks

Yes. Groundworks was a private building job, and the same crew takes on that work across London every week. Send the address and a rough idea of scope and we will come back with a realistic range, what would move it, and a programme, before anyone visits.

Sometimes. We ask first, and where the client is happy to talk we put you in touch; some households would rather not, and that is their call, not ours. Where a reference is not available for this London job we can usually offer one from a comparable project instead.
