Person in charge
Founder
Mo
Mo set the company up in 2019 and still runs it from site rather than from an office. On a MO Team job he is the person who walked the unit with you, priced it, and is on the floor when the shutters come down.
One contract, one person to ring.
Design, drawings, costing and construction under one contract. If something is wrong there is no argument about whose fault it is: it is ours either way.
A named site manager, mobilisation to handover.
The most common complaint about builders is not price or quality. It is not being able to reach anyone who knows what is happening. On our jobs you can.
Straight answers, early.
If your budget will not do what you are asking for, you hear it at the first conversation, not in month three.
On the hoarding
Every site carries a notice board. This is ours.
We work in occupied homes and trading premises most weeks. That changes how a site is run rather than how the work is done: dust protection, agreed working hours, and leaving it clean enough to live or trade in at the end of every shift.

We act as principal contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 on projects involving more than one contractor, and prepare a construction phase plan before work starts. Where a project is notifiable, we submit the F10 to HSE.
Common questions
What people ask about the crew.
Not answered here?
Tell us what you are planning. We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within one working day.
Ask us directly07424 445105One named site manager, from the first day on site to handover. They set the programme, order the materials, run the trades and are the person you ring, rather than a switchboard. You meet them before the work starts, and they do not change halfway through unless something unavoidable happens, in which case you hear it from us first.
Rarely, and never for the core of the work. The engineers, joiners, electricians and finishers are our own people. Specialists come in where the equipment or the certification demands it, and they work under our site manager and our site rules rather than to their own arrangement. You are told who is on your site and why.
Yes. Mo runs the company and is on site rather than behind a desk, so on most jobs you will meet him early and see him while the work is running. He prices jobs himself, which means the person who quoted your project is the person who then has to build it. That is the simplest check there is on an optimistic price.
Yes. The crew is in-house rather than assembled per job from whoever happens to be free that week. That is why the same faces run through from strip-out to opening day, and why the standard on the third project looks like the standard on the first. It also means the training, the insurance and the site discipline are ours to carry.
Public liability insurance of £5 million is in place, alongside employer's liability cover for the crew. Where a project involves more than one contractor we act as principal contractor under CDM 2015: a construction phase plan before anyone starts, a named site manager, method statements and risk assessments, inductions for everyone on site, and the health and safety file handed over at the end.
