Ask us directly07424 445105Yes. The enquiry, the conversation, the site visit and the written quotation cost you nothing and carry no obligation. If a project turns out to need measured drawings or a structural design before it can be priced properly, we will tell you what that involves and what it costs before any of it is started.
We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within one working day, usually sooner. The quotation itself follows the site visit, and how long it takes depends on the job: a bathroom or a single room is quick, while an extension or a full fit-out needs measuring, a written specification and prices back from suppliers before a fixed figure is honest.
Whatever you have. The address or at least the borough, what you want done, any drawings you already hold, a rough budget and when you would like to start. Photographs of the space help more than anything else, and so do pictures of finishes you like. If you have nothing but an idea, send the idea.
Always, on anything priced as a fixed sum. Access, condition, drainage, structure and what sits behind the existing walls decide the price, and none of them can be judged from a photograph. The visit is also where you meet the person who will run the job, which is worth rather more than the paperwork it produces.
Fixed, against a written specification, so you know what the job costs before it starts. The price moves only if you change what you asked for, or if something genuinely unforeseeable is opened up: old drainage, unsupported structure, damp behind a wall. That is priced and agreed with you before the work goes ahead, never after it.
